Domestic Approved Flanges
Our Coffer flanges are domestically manufactured in grades of carbon steel such as A105/A105N, A350 LF2, and high yield A694 (F42-F70). These flanges are manufactured to ASME B16.5/B16.47 and immediately available from a continually replenished inventory. The Coffer brand has been audited and widely approved on nearly every major approved vendor list. We also offer large-diameter flanges and custom open-die forgings with a quick-turn service available to produce your product as quickly as 48 hours. These high pressure, heavy wall, and large-diameter flanges can be up to 12-in. 2500 psi, 24-in./1500 psi, or 216-in. diameter, and weighing up to 40,000 pounds. In addition, we offer domestically produced and approved commodity chrome flanges in F5, F9 and F11 from 3/4-in. to 24-in.
A/SA105 – Our A105 flanges are available normalized and can be produced with fine grain practice steel upon request.
A350-LF2 – All LF2 flanges are produced with fine grain practice steel and capable of passing ASTM required -50F charpy impact tests
A694 High Yield – All high yield is produced to the latest revision of MSS-SP-44 and includes stamping and certification

Our flanges are available from ½-in. to 60-in. nominal pipe sizes (or larger for custom parts), in pressure classes 150 to 2,500 psi and come in multiple facing configurations.
